Carve crash when A or B is NULL

Dear all,

I tested the Carve for Boolean operation when A or B is NULL and found Carve 
crashed. I do this because I need to triangulate the surface of an polyhedron 
and I noticed that the carve provided the feature 
'CarveTriangulatorWithImprovement' which can triangulate the result. Is there 
any simple method to triangulate the surface of an polyhedron?
