Please include LICENSE.txt and ChangeLog in source tarball

The source tarball does not contain the files LICENSE.txt and ChangeLog from 
the SVN repository.

It would be nice for distribution packages to have these files in the tarball. 
(I take care of the Debian package)

I attach a patch to MANIFEST.in to include both files.
