Generalize column names in fitting decorators

When data is supplied to the decorators they assume that there are two columns with the name Ψ/Δ. This probably should be stronger generalised, w/ supplying the appropriate name in the fit function. Additionally, it is probably better to use psi and delta instead of the greek letters.
