[FEATURE REQUEST] Is it possible to manage custom tools?

Let's assume that I have created tool XYZ that perform Static Code Analysis tests on files that are in the same repository as already established prospector tool. I would like to ask whether there is an option to easily add XYZ (its interface to be adjusted to prospector) to be managed by prospector (configure via profiles, execute with other tools and provide common report)?

I think it should not be hard to provide a custom interface for additional tools with all the work that you have already done.

This could also be an open door for other enhancements such as https://github.com/PyCQA/prospector/issues/379
