Any updates on this #1825? Not sure why this was made a discussion when it's clearly an issue.

I wanted to add some context to this, as I have been wrestling with this for several GPU enabled projects...

AV >=15.x breaks FIPS!

For all these deployments I just set AV to 14.4.0 and everything starts working again... for now...
