BREAKING: who broke PyAV in PyPI?!?

This breaks every install of PyAV out there! Why?

Well aware. That doesn't un-break every install that already uses the name pyav.

I think @WyattBlue was experimenting with a few things, and might have ultimately decided to cleanup some stuff.
