Log Only Option

Set blocking as an option that requires the -Block switch to be passed at run-time. This is something that many of my clients have requested when running HoneyPorts on Windows hosts.

Thanks John! I also just added some functionality to terminate the job and log that activity this morning. No worries about accepting the entire pull request, just figured I'd send you some of the updates I've been working on lately to see if there were any additions you'd like to incorporate.
