You have to set pyinstaller path inside generator.py, and make sure you have installed pyinstaller on your system using pip

I'd recommend copying all builder files & folders to your C:\ drive where Python is located, as opposed to the D:\ drive. You never know, it might just work out

your python39 must be root dir c and also the kratos files change in generator.py the dir of pyinstaller that´s all my test.exe is 8.6mb big !!!

pyinstaller.exe is in scripts of your python folder

start generator.py
