What is the expected behaviour?

If this is a feature request, what is motivation or use case for changing the behavior? APCA is a fairly new and better way to calculate colour contrast. It will be introduced as the way to check in WCAG 3.0 but other tools such as Stark have started implementing a toggle so can check both WCAG conformance contrast and APCA.

Please mention other relevant information.
