Expected behavior

Opening a trapdoor goes through the required checks that plugins like GriefPrevention, Lands, etc. depend upon

Observed/Actual behavior

Opening a trapdoor is possible despite not being allowed to build in an area

Steps/models to reproduce

Use a protection plugin, claim a piece of land, have someone else try to open an iron trapdoor by hand
