Add instructions for development on README

If you're interested in getting some kind of help, it would be nice if you can add instructions on how to help developing the application on the README file

That's definitely on my list of things to do! Once I've got the next few milestones out the way (hopefully by mid-November) then I should have a bit of breathing room to re-evaluate the README and get some better documentation in place :-)
