[Feature request] Make hovering on tray icon show current speed and usage instead of it just saying "i2pd".

Currently hovering on the tray icon just shows the word "i2pd"

Instead have it show

Inbound: 350 KiB/s; Outbound: 111 KiB/s
Received: 250MB; Sent: 98MB

Basically some of the parameters it shows when you click "Show app" in the context menu of the tray icon.

I think this would be very useful to quickly check bandwidth usage.
