Unable to access web console - Connection reset
Hi,
1st time trying i2pd. I've installed on alpine linux using apk and running this command on my desktop:
ssh -fTNL 4444:127.0.0.1:4444 -L 7070:127.0.0.1:7070 -L 6668:127.0.0.1:6668 [email protected]
I can't access the web console on http://127.0.0.1: 7070. I get connection reset in my browser
If I nmap my desktop:
$ nmap localhost Starting Nmap 7.93 ( https://nmap.org ) at 2025-01-02 14:32 GMT Nmap scan report for localhost (127.0.0.1) Host is up (0.00016s latency). Other addresses for localhost (not scanned): ::1 Not shown: 996 closed tcp ports (conn-refused) PORT STATE SERVICE 631/tcp open ipp 4444/tcp open krb524 6668/tcp open irc 7070/tcp open realserver
Can anyone suggest what I might have done wrong?
Many thanks
You can try: http://127.0.0.1:7070/home
edit: maybe not. this is what I changed in my config myself... b.t.w. I needed to change strictheaders = false to get it to work.
Try lynx http://127.0.0.1:7070/ or links http://127.0.0.1:7070/ or w3m http://127.0.0.1:7070/ on console in default configuration.
Lately I've been having the same issue. It used to work fine in the past.
The port appears to be open.
7070/tcp open realserver
But links cannot open it either.
It used to work fine in the past.
Not much was changed in web console lately. I wonder if this change is related 237d9474d87331df1ccac2c9fd66b2f4f252570f. Also boost update required changes there: ffd18baf30d0259f140e74f5c47ff455e54f2dd8.
Alright, I debugged it.
In my case it was the Anydesk service running on the same port. Killed that and everything works again.
