Portable binary downloads

Is there a place where portable binaries of i2pd can be downloaded? If not, could this be added? I am interested in having a portable binary download for Windows, Linux, and macOS.

What do you mean by "portable"? Isn't this archive contain exactly what is needed (for Windows platform)? https://github.com/PurpleI2P/i2pd/releases/download/2.54.0/i2pd_2.54.0_win64_mingw.zip
