Realm move function for hosts

SUMMARY

Add new parameter move to allow hosts to move between realms or to/from the local array from/to a realm(s). This parameter defines the target realm for the host, or local to define moving out of a realm back to the main array container. Added new parameter modify_resource_access required for move function. Default is none. Hosts can now be created directly in realms. Hosts in realms can also be renamed within the realm.
