when i press start nothing happens

Hey all,

My lol checker is not working i dont know why when i press start nothing happens i have win 10 64 and yes of course i have lastest framework (might be surprise for u but its integrated in win 10) and i do all steps writed on GitHub of how to use ...... however its not working i tried to download it from diffrent sources not working please anyone just tell me what to do its really hard to check accounts one by one
