[BUG] When restarting lueage (when asked), league crashes

Bug Description
Whne I start rift explorer it asks me to restart ym client. I do just that with the pop-up, however this crashes the league client during the restart.

Problem Description
League is attempted to be restarted, but crashes

Expected Result
The league client to open and Rift explorer to function

Actual Result
League client crashed.

Preconditions
Start rift explorer while client is running, then restart the client with the pop-up
