In order to compile SlicerAstro on windows we need to fix the wcslib compilation (see #106).

Data are not anymore available at the links provided. The best would be to put them on github and retrieve them from there.

this is the factory that handles all the 2d customizations about astro world coordinates and 2d axis

it looks like the two modules are broken since they try to allocate infinite points for the interactive widgets
