[Feature Request] add an auto-equip Strider Boots option in the Auto-Sprint toggles

If possible, it'd be nice if there was a way to auto-equip the Strider Boots when you're in a Sanctuary and the Auto-Sprint in (island) Sanctuaries option(s) are enabled.
