[Feature Request] Display Expert Deliviers popup without being in the menu

Currently the Automatic Expert Delivery UI only displays when in the Grand Company Delivery Missions menu.

With this now replacing Deliveroo, and already interacting with the other NPC to do the Expert Delivery Continuation, I think it just makes sense for this UI to appear when near the NPC like Deliveroo did, not just when on the actual menu.

I also think it would make more sense as a Start Automatic Expert Delivery button (with a Stop button) than the current implementation which is just a checkbox, but that's a pretty minor and somewhat unrelated thing

With Deliveroo, company seals are spent automatically for purchases. However, when using AR, the process stops at the confirmation screen and requires a manual click on the OK button. I'm unsure if this is the expected behavior or if something might be wrong on my end.
