Suggestion: Add Multi Mode Summoning Bell support for the Inns in Gridania and Limsa Lominsa

Currently Ul'dah is hardcoded for the Inn in the retainer teleport option in Multi Mode. Please add support for the inn in Gridania and Limsa Lominsa.
