why is this macro so "unoptimized"?

i love the program but, hotkeys arent working for some reason? (they sometimes do or dont) the program is choppy and unresponsive? it devours my cpu for some reason or just feels like that?

why?

The hotkeys issue is a bit strange, I fix it normally by just starting up the macro and then it should start working again. The cpu issue I personally have never noticed, same with the choppy issue.
