Unable to record full mousewheel move

Even I set minimum delay to 1 in settings, the recorder still can't record all mousewheel move to reproduce exact behavior as when I record it

• Platform: win10 x64 21H2

• PMC:5.4.1

• AHK: 1.1.34.03

• Mouse: Logitech G502 HERO (bug can be reproduced with both smooth scroll mode/precise scroll mode)

Demo: (I scroll down to the end of the first issue page and back, but the recorded script only scrolls to 219 and back to 224)
