static board : improve rendering preparation

Instead of changing user settings, use checkbox for doing it during render, then restore (could be a choice to keep settings).

Need to warn if resolution is too low, with one or two proposition for good output dpi.

Scene resolution should also be better adjusted upon Board creation.
