Hi, @b4zz4 sorry to respond this late.

I understand you want the camera framing not to move... But it's a Blender native limitation. The camera is locked to viewport. The only workaround I found is to rotate the camera itself.

BUT ! you might be interested by another addon I made that push that workaround further.
