"No module named triangle.core"

I'm getting this error every time I try to activate de addon, I used blender 3.6 and 3.3 LTS, none worked, I install all the modules mannually becuase I get an error when it tries do to automatically, and when I have numpy installed it says another error related to not being able to import a module, the module I have installed to get this error are the Triangle and Cv2, I deleted numpy from the modules folder
