Entities glow only in white instead of colour in the respective team colour

Describe the bug when scoreboard is enabled you cant make players glow in the colour which their team sets to

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable scoreboard on config
2. make a team using /team and set its colour to any of u want
3. glow yourself using /effect

Expected behavior Player/Entities should glow the colour which team is set to

Screenshots as you can see i am glowing white instead of aqua

Stacktrace / Error no errors

Server information:

• TitleManager version: [Example:. 2.3.6]
• PaperSpigot 1.18.1

Additional context as my knowledge on bukkit might be on spigot scoreboard api
