Installed : no error pop ups , but no output.

there is a folder created with filename_ocr and inside that xml file,metadata.json and jpg file are created. but there is no hocr files. i tried updating gcv2ocr.py and now error says corresponding hocr file not found. i have put the credentials.json in the root folder
