Add Reschedule to FivetranSensor

When connector has `schedule_type` **_manual_** and `sync_status` **_reschedule_**, connector will hang as Fivetran expects manual restart. This pr automatically (or optionally manually) handles that restart. See [docs](https://fivetran.com/docs/rest-api/connectors#fields)
