Docker image: missing files

After grabbing the Docker image (Docker ID:bb06d89e5092e566c046fbbc28d055058dc410ba779396cd3b89a28f638b4a83), starting it and setting a local port, I only get as far as opening index.html -- everything stays blank as auxiliary included CSS and JS is not served:

curl --head http://localhost:4242/bower_components/requirejs/require.js
HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found

Yes the docker image is broke
