Add FaceNet to pliers

It would be useful to add FaceNet to pliers, as it substantially outperforms dlib, and the implementation should be reasonably straight forward.

This would make it easier to construct a face embedding based clustering framework that improves on my messy notebooks.

dlib is also super slow to install, which is a real drag.
