delete and abort buttons on home no longer working

abort and delete buttons not working on the home screen.

Jobs are cleared when the web server is restarted, so not a big deal, and jobs can be clicked through to and aborted, but this is not ideal for a user.

most likely just a broken link or something.

home page buttons need a complete re-write. So changed the button to "complete" to act as a status for now. Will need to think about how to do this carefully when I circle back to it.
