Duplex calling using fake 10 read hack

Enable duplex calling with the fake 10 read hack to force the basecaller to spit the called reads for a channel out.

It looks like v7.4.12 dorado server has not fixed this bug. Though I'm not even sure they see it as a bug, as the pipeline for data management for duplex calling is hilariously bad. (yes, ont, if you are reading this, I'll fix it if you want me to, though I've already given my thoughts on this to Mark, so talk to him)

Just get this done, so we can enjoy the last of our duplex calling before they kill the method at the end of the year.
