subset of reads during conversion

Hey @Psy-Fer,

This enhancement request [https://github.com/hasindu2008/slow5tools/issues/69] from @mbhall88 for slow5tools could not be honoured because of the amount of effort required to implement such a feature due to the complexity of the FAST5 handling code. Could you please evaluate how feasible this is in blue-crab when doing POD5->BLOW5 conversion?

Yea so is the input just a flat file of read_ids

Then they are the only reads you want converted? So kind of a get->convert in one step?
