You could simply add them as farmer's delight cutting recipes, which get automatically added to the slicer. I don't quite see what kind of recipe you would want to work for the slicer, but not the cutting board.

Or are you intending to use it without Farmers Delight?

One use i can think of is to add support for many to x recipes where you slice up a number of (different) ingredients at once to save on having to add intermediates, or to speed up processing by having it process multiples of the standard recipe at a time, though that would also require it to prioritize such recipes.

I don't know what the above person is saying, as I couldn't understand what they're describing.

However, pack makers would appreciate the ability to make "slicer only" recipes for modpacks. Being able to specify that players need to make the slicer in order to make certain things is a way of outlining progression, which is what we pack makers basically do. I would be able to split crops / goods into 2 categories: Low-tier goods that can be chopped manually or in the slicer, and higher-tier goods that require the machine to process.
