Update contributor list

The readme has a contributor list, but it's out of date and needs to be automated because it's like a lot of people. Thankfully, there's a CLI for the all-contributors spec now, so maybe we can just bulk add all people?

It would totally make sense to do so I think, otherwise you're running into the issue where the all-contributors list is shorter than the code contributors counter implies.
