[SSC] - Can't place dart traps in other direction

Using SSC, you can only place dart traps one direction (see pic):

I assume this is something to do with permissions, but I can confirm that I only ever had it work with superadmin: * permission active. Otherwise traps can neither be flipped nor placed any other way but left or down depending on the trap type & default state.

This is off topic, the issue is that the direction in which your client places it (which you see when placing the item) is ignored by the server due to a faulty cheat check.

This is now confirmed to be related to SendTileRectangle: Placing dart traps appears to use STR to rotate it to face the other way if you're facing right during placement.
