Is this dead?
There are a number of pending plugins and this repo has not been modified in years
Okay, this is a fair question. I (personally) am not approving plugins as of the end of December 2021. It remains an open question as to whether or not another solution can be put in place. Currently, we suggest searching GitHub for plugins, looking for plugins on the Discord plugins forum, the Chinese plugin directory, or other sources.
If another person wants to pick up the mantle and review plugins that's cool too.

@hakusaro why dont you ask one of your volunteers to review them?
@hakusaro if you want me to review them I will but please be patient due to me being able to test them on certain weekends (if I am reviewing I will change my GitHub status)
