[BUG] Cannot switch off the "Don't ask again" in the Alert when closing the app

Description

• Cannot switch off the "Don't ask again" in the Alert when closing the app

Steps to Reproduce

1. Close the app -> Make sure the alert is displayed
2. Click on the Don't Ask again

Current Behavior

• I can't switch it off
• It seems that this setting is saved as soon I switch is ON/OFF => It should be saved when I click the Quit button to confirm.

Expected Behavior

• [x] Able to switch the toggle on off
• [x] This "Don't ask again" setting should be saved if I click on the Quit button. If I select X, Cancel, it should NOT be saved.
• [x] Verify "Don't ask again" setting is matched with the Show Alert when quitting the app in Setting
