Provide a Model Context Protocol endpoint

Description

I would like to provide my coding agents with access to the data captured by ProxyMan, give them the ability to inspect the traffic they are developing against.

Why this feature/change is important?

AI Agent (such as Claude Code) are starting to show interesting capabilities, one of which is debugging, and what better than having raw access to the network traces for this?
