How to reset MacOS to default settings after uninstalling Proxyman?

Description

I am using VPN and have installed Proxyman. Wanted to test my React Native app using iOS simulator. I installed MacOS & Simulator certificates. Everything worked fine. Wanted to run my app without Proxyman, but network requests no longer go through VPN. I tried uninstalling Proxyman and all certificates, but no luck.

Is there a way to reset to default all the settings that Proxyman changed?
