[iOS] Promoting In-App Purchase on AppStore

Description

Since iOS 16.4, it's possible to promote Proxyman's InApp Purchase which allows users to directly purchase on AppStore.

⚠️ This feature is only available on iOS 16.4 or later. We don't support this ticket on iOS 16.3 or prior.

Appetance Criteria

• [x] Add new Promotion Asset on AppStoreConnect. It's done & approved by Apple Review Team (See the section App Store Promotions on AppStoreConnect)
• [ ] Use PurchaseIntent class to handle the purchase from AppStore (See the read more)
• [ ] Support all InAppPurchase: Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime
• [ ] use if @available(iOS, 16.4) to support this feature on iOS 16.4 or later.
• [ ] Find a way to test it ?
