[BUG] proxyman-cli could not import Scripting Rule

Steps to reproduce

1. Use proxyman-cli to export a scripting rule
2. Use proxyman-cli to import a exported file.

$ /Applications/Proxyman.app/Contents/MacOS/proxyman-cli import -m override -i ~/Desktop/proxymanconfig.config

Actual behavior

• Proxyman could not import the scripting rules

Expected behavior

• Should import all scripting rules
