DNS resolution on proxy?

I've tried to use VProxid a few times in conjunction with TetherFi and I'm struggling to get it to work. The proprietary solutions Proxifier and Super Proxy both work, provided that the setting for DNS resolution is set to "proxy". However, VProxid's setting for DNS resolution asks for an IP address and port (I imagine for plain DNS). How can I set VProxid up to function like these proprietary apps and resolve DNS on the proxy server?
