Create dialog kinda looks like there is two creation options

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The create gameobject dialog looks like there is two "Create" options

Describe the solution you'd like Maybe filling the buttons in with a grey area would make it easier to read.

Additional context I'm on kubuntu linux 24.04
