Add Hi-Res support to GLiden64
GLiden64 has extra code that needs to be built to support hi-res texture. GLideNHQ

I had been using texture packs on the old N64 branch but now that the N64 core has been merged with the development branch and is part of the official releases, since v1.5 the texture packs no longer load.
It works with Rice not GLiden64. I can't find docs on if / how GLiden supports hi res textures.
It appears we need to build GLideNHQ library.Will have to look into how that works.
Anything on this? Still cannot het hi textures to work. With both Zelda and Mario. (Correct hi textures folder names)

Nevermind, I'm not able to select RICE from within Provenance. Checkmark stays at GLiden64. Don't know if it can be overridden using mupen64plus.cfg or so.
Hires don’t work: no difference rice or glide( PVReicast dont’t work since 2768( Saturn working very bad( Is someone really working on the development of the Provenance?
Hires does work in 1.5 builds for the last 6+ months. Yes, I'm working on provenance, I also have a new job, other projects, a life. Saturn is under dev, I know it doesn't work. We need to switch to a newer arm fork. There's a ticket for that. PVReicast never worked, it's also under active dev, there's a ticket for that.
No one hires pack from http://textures.emulation64.com/index.php?id=downloads work on Provenance 1.5b2770 (newer at last 6+ month?) according wiki hires instructions. Tested both on iPhone XS and Apple TV 4K.
