PVSupport Header Search issue building Provenance TV and Provenance-XL

When building XL or TV, it gets as far as building PVSNES, then errors out with "file not found" errors for PVSupport items (such as PVEmulatorCore.h and PVSupport-Swift.h).

Expected:

Build with no errors as it does when selecting "Provenance" as the target.

Actual:

As stated above. Building halts. It does extend beyond PVSNES (if you're dumb like me and copy the headers where PVSNES can get at them), but it's super late for me to try again.

Reproduce:

1. update to commit/e42891bc17566fa01dbed22e9c490c0c9b456467
2. Try to build either Provenance-XL or Provenance TV
