In theory, this should be possible but may need some upstream or Molten changes to actually run.
Another issue is this uses C#/Mono, but if it builds for MacOS M1 it in theory should work on iOS?

I'm not 100% sure, but I stumbled across this, and I would think that the amount of ram needed to pull off ryujinx would be too much for most* if not all ios devices, so it would be hard to justify
