tvOS - "Recently Saved" Row can no longer be selected and navigated to.

This is in current Develop - 12-22-22 for tvOS 16 on a ATV '22 4K.

Looks like something changed in the tvOS side of things when it comes to GameLibrary Navigation. You can now no longer navigate to the "Recently Saved" row to select a Saved Game State to continue playing.

The Cursor skips right over the row and goes straight to the Game Importer + Icon.

@dnicolson Does this sound familiar as something your recent fixes may have accidentally triggered?

Only when collapsing a Game System Library Category are you brought back on the "Recently Saved" row. As soon as you move "off" of it you can no longer get back to it.

I can't seem to reproduce the issue, can you please record a video demonstrating the behavior?
