Scaling screen dimensions for some emulators

Hi, it's possibile to add an option to scale the screen dimension for some emulators? Handeld is the most problematic: on iPad and appleTV play at full resolution with gba or other handeld games is very ugly with enormous pixels. A good solution is to add an option for scaling various dimension: 2x, 3x, 4x ecc.

Combining fullscreen and integer scaling global will give you various layout types.

I plan to expand this in the future to more what you're talking about though.
